  • Progyny offers comprehensive fertility benefits and support to families enrolled in a Teva medical plan. With Progyny, you and your covered spouse or domestic partner have access to high-quality care, the latest technologies and treatments and a premier network of fertility specialists.

  • We have and will continue to cover abortion under our medical plan, including a travel allowance of up to $5,000 for those who need to travel to another state to receive abortion services.
  • Our medical plan also covers gender reassignment surgery.
  • Teva offers reimbursement through Progyny for up to $2,000 of doula expenses.
  • A birth doula supports birthing people and their families by providing emotional, physical and educational support before, during and immediately after childbirth. Most doulas are certified from a doula organization and are well-versed in supporting the birth process and a way for expectant parents to supplement their birth team.
  • A postpartum doula nurtures new parents once their new baby arrives by offering practical assistance and emotional support. This enables the birthing person to recover faster and feel more confident in meeting the challenges a new baby brings.

  • Teva provides up to $20,000 per child in an adoption reimbursement allowance. Teva provides up to $30,000 in surrogacy reimbursement.
  • Progyny also supports families looking to adopt by offering professional counseling. Our fertility benefit supports all paths to parenthood and is available for couples (same or opposite sex) as well as single employees.   • Our Parental Leave policy is available to all non-union parents (birth, non-birth and adoptive) after the birth or adoption and physical custody of a child.
  • Parental Leave provides eight weeks of 100% pay, and it must be taken within 12 months of the birth or adoption date. For birth mothers, Paid Parental Leave is available once STD ends.

  • Your discount is applied to standard weekly tuition rates. Registration is free, and the discount is available for children of all ages.
