Cheat sheet: Requesting Teva drugs

Your prescription drug plan offers a $0 copay on medications produced by Teva, giving you and your covered family members access to Teva prescription drugs at no cost. If you’re enrolled the Option 2 with HSA medical plan, IRS regulations require that you meet the deductible before being eligible for a $0 copay on Teva medications.

Mellie for caregiving support

Mellie is a no-cost-to-you benefit that provides extra support for caregivers who are assisting elderly loved ones. Mellie is available now to all Teva employees and includes guidance for in-home care, housing options and medical and insurance services.

Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)

Teva is reloading your Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) with $300 for you to spend on eligible wellbeing expenses in 2025. If you have unused funds for 2024, you have until December 31 to spend the money that is currently in your LSA. You have until January 31, 2025 to file for reimbursement for expenses incurred in 2024. Funds will not roll over to 2025.

Direct Deposits for FSAs

Recent regulations now require the verification of bank accounts for new Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or existing FSAs where the account holder requests to change banking account information. When you add or update your banking details with Meritain Health, a micro-deposit will be made to the new bank account listed. To verify the amount of the micro-deposit, you can log on to Meritain Health, visit their mobile app or call customer service at (800) 566-9305.
