Severe Weather Support

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offering support and resources to those impacted by severe weather in Houston and southeast Louisiana. Anyone affected can contact the EAP for emotional support, resource research and referrals and local crisis services. Teva employees and family members can call (866) 513-7249 or visit MyLifeValues.com (Login: Teva I Password: EAP). Those not affiliated with Teva can call (833) 327-2386.

Livez: Prevention Made Easy

We partner with Livez to make prevention easy. Employees and spouses or domestic partners covered by a Teva medical plan can easily perform self-screenings and schedule in-network preventive care through a mobile phone.

Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)

We’re introducing a Lifestyle Spending Account, or LSA. Teva will give you $300—no enrollment required. You can use the funds on eligible wellbeing expenses in ways that make the most sense for your personal situation. More information will be provided at the end of the year.
